Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 48 hours, with the exception to those placed on the weekend which will be processed on the next business working day. Orders placed during out of salon hours will be processed the next business working day.

All orders are sent Royal Mail 2^nd class signed for and delivery can take up to 5 working days. Please ensure you are able to sign for your delivery.

REFUNDS

If you change your mind or are unhappy about your order / purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days of ordering or a credit note can be issued to the value of your order excluding postage costs. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and can be spent in the salon.

Orders must be returned, unopened, unused, seal intact or in the same condition as originally purchased or no refund or exchange will be provided.

Order refunds / exchanges can be returned to the salon in person or via return postage. Additional postage charges will not be met by the salon.
